Tower Pizza in Solvang

Really good thin crust style pizza. A few video games for the kids and a good salad bar. Plus a lot of TVs for sports and the staff is typically very friendly and helpful.

Good Default options with Friendly staff. We had a Customized Pizza made with White Garlic and Pesto sauce with bunch of Veggie toppings and it turned out nice. Their Fountain Soda machine doesn't function properly though.

Great pizza and accommodating staff. They stayed open a bit longer so we could get carryout when we got in late from out of town.

Stopped in late for a bite. Had been full just before we got there. Closed at 9.

Decent pizza. Lots of TVs to watch sports. We were there on a NFL Sunday and it was great for watching a game with the family while enjoying lunch. Would go back if in the area and the kids wanted pizza.

Good pizza and great staff. Has a small town pizza parlor feel and supports the local community. It can be a little pricey, though.

Good food great people

Small, no frills but great pizza and beer. They do offer vegetarian options. Skip the cheese and anything vegetarian is vegan. Really helpful pizza chef's who were patient and respectful about honoring our request for vegan pizza.

Simple order of pepperoni pizza and wings took almost an hour for raw looking wings without the pizza. Everyone coming in behind us was served before us. I felt discriminated against and cancelled the order. Bad experience!

All meat was great. Crunchy , crispy bottom. Delicious meatball. A large fed 4 of us. Will gst an at-large next time. They even had one of those coke machines with a million selections.

We enjoy stopping in at Tower Pizza when we're in Solvang. It's comfortable with an attentive staff and a great place to catch the game. Great thin crust pizza. There is a salad bar--salad bars being rare in general--but it's not especially well-supplied.

The staff were friendly, the overpriced pizza was alright. But we were in the heart of a tourist area so we kind of expected to pay for overpriced food. They have a nice seating area outside and we got lucky enough to snag a table in the shade. Indoors seems like a good place to come and watch the game and drink a few. However, for the price I would have expected more of the actual food - taste wise. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't worth the nearly $20 we paid for a small "specialty"pizza. I wish I would have taken a picture of the pizza, it was just so un-noteworthy I didn't think of it. the seating outside gives you a nice view and the opportunity to photobomb the throngs of tourists who stop to take pictures there. Be wary someone will inevitably end up with a picture of you stuffing your mouth with food, it is a very popular alley for selfies!

Small, 10 tables. Cozy. Lots of TVs - probably goes uber sports bar at times. Other patrons (probably locals) were a bit obnoxious. Staff was courteous and helpful. Grabbed a large pepperoni with extra cheese - thin crust - with some beer battered pretzel cheese curds. They have the multi Coke machine with 100+ flavors. Salad bar looked a bit sparse. Quaint little arcade - just like the old mom and pop pizza places; pinball, Ms Pac Man, etc.For being a tourists place the price was reasonable.A very pleasant experience with a nice breeze blowing through the open doors. We would definitely eat here again. Recommended eatery.

Decent pizza and pasta in Carmel

1 star for slow service, not enough seating for the number of guests. Furthermore pizza quality is terrible end up throwing away the pizza. All in all a very negative experience.

A must for any family visiting Solvang! Reasonably priced and delicious! The wait can take some time but it's worth it!

We were looking for dinner late in the evening and this was one of the only places open around 9pm. We loved the pizza, salads, and outdoor patio. Employees were very kind and happy to go the extra mile. Thanks for adding to the Solvang experience!

Great pizza overall. Everything is freshly made so be prepared to wait when you come. Husband and son loved to play the games while we waited.

We sat outside and had to go in multiple times to get items we ordered. They were out of all pasta choices since the day before. No service after pizza was brought to us. Pizza was mediocre at best.

Food is made here so it takes a while for you to get served. The food is taken to your table.

The place hides in a narrow passageway.. but after you find it, you will enjoy a tasty pizza with fresh ingredients and a good selection of beer. I saw that some ppl wrote that the service was not good.. I think It's about the pizza if you choose to go there, not the service, though the guys in service were nice

This is the best pizza I have had in years.....crust,sauce, and toppings are superb.

Surprising good pizza. The thin crust is really crispy and they don't skimp on the toppings. Decent beer selection too. Go on their website before you go, they did have some funky hours

Terrible pizza. Poorly run place with dozens of employees milling about uselessly. Don't go anywhere near the feces-covered, no-toilet-paper-having toilet.

Tower Pizza is a family owned business that is very generous in supporting the community and providing great pizza at a variety of events. I have been a fan of the food they serve for almost ten years, and I'm sure I'll be coming here for another.The parking is free, and The Solvang Bakery is right next store, and what a plus that is, two of my favorite thing to eat.

This is place is great if you have a delivered to you. We actually went into the restaurant and we were ignored for about 15 minutes even though two employees looked at us. It was not clean and it took forever to get just ice tea. If you are going to try this, have it delivered

Pizza was great. That is why 4 stars. But salad bar was missing items, should have been refilled. Lots of people came in but no where to sit as tables weren't cleared. Ice machine ran out of ice. Small things, guess if you are only pizza place you can let things go. Didnt see any supervision.

We needed dinner as we were starving and walked around Solvang for a place to eat. We tried a couple of restaurants and they were full. Problem was that we forgot it was Valentine’s Day and everywhere needed a reservation (late post)! After a bunch of aimless walking, we decided to just get pizza at Tower Pizza. Luckily, it wasn’t packed and the food was decent. I got the buffalo chicken pizza which was pretty good. It’s a super thin pizza and I felt like there could have been bigger pieces of chicken or more toppings or something. There was only fried onion stings as the other topping. It was spicy and had good flavor, but it could have used more substance. I also got the alfredo ravioli. This one I could have passed on. It tasted like normal ravioli and sauce that I could probably get in a jar. Overall, it satisfied our hunger, but it wouldn’t be my first choice of pizza place.

Honestly not my favorite pizza in the valley, but it's gotten a lot better over the years. Good beer selection, some arcade games, and they always have the games/fights on TV. Overall, a fun place to be.
